Cuti Belajar is a training scheme to develop talent and a step to be a part of UTM Academician. After completing the degree programme, there are chances to be appointed as Senior Lecturer (Grade DS51). This is as a replacement of a tutor scheme where allowance of RM3000 per month are given for PhD degree and RM2500 for master degree. There will be 3 years contract to serve UTM after appointment of Senior Lecturer (DS51). The process is divided into two:<\/p>\n
