NALI 2024 Photo and Video Disclaimer

NALI 2024 plans to take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events and reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any NALI 2024 event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. These images or recordings may be used in NALI 2024 educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.

To protect the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or other personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

If you are attending a NALI 2024 event and do not wish to have your image recorded for distribution, please make your wishes known to the photographer, event organizers, or contact us directly at nali@utm.my. Include an identifying photograph for reference. NALI 2024 will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold the request in confidence.

By participating in a NALI 2024 event, or by not notifying NALI 2024 in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify NALI 2024 from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
