UTMLead via Academic Acceleration Program (ACCER 2021) had organized a webinar on “Project Management Approaches and Best Practices”. In the event which was held on the 5th September 2021, Mr Ahmad Faiz bin Besah, a Senior Manager from Omesty Actify Sdn. Bhd. was invited as a Guest Speaker to share his experience and expertise. In this interactive session that lasted 2-hours, Mr Ahmad Faiz highlighted the significant approaches, practices, and constraints in managing the Project/work-related during unprecedented situation by ensuring the milestones are achievable. A systematic project management framework shared by Mr Ahmad Faiz can be adapted not only to buddies – to deliver their creative proposal on-time, but also can be emulated in managing research and consultation projects for the academic staff.
