How to Register on JV-Campus?

For Students (Pelajar):

  1. Visit: https://www.jv-campus.org/en/
  2. Click Sign Up at the top right
  3. Choose your preferred language: English / Japanese
  4. Create your free account
  5. Search for UTM in the course list
  6. Select your course and click Enroll

Tip: Filter by “Institution” and choose Universiti Teknologi Malaysia for faster access.

Are you a UTM academic or course creator with existing online content (e.g., Exploring Campus, UTM Micro-Credential & UTM MOOC, Seminar, Lecture, Conference, etc., Study Abroad Information Contents,  Activities, Messages, Announcements, etc .

You can now expand your global reach by collaborating with UTM to publish your course on JV-Campus, a platform widely accessed by students and institutions in Japan.

Eligibility:

  • Must be a UTM staff or affiliated educator.
  • Content must already be published or ready for deployment.
  • Content should ideally be in English (or have English subtitles).

Steps to Collaborate:

  1. Prepare Your Existing Content Info
    • Course title, objectives, description, platform link (e.g., OpenLearning, YouTube, etc.)
  2. Submit to UTM CDex
  3. Review & Coordination
    • CDex team will review your content and align it with JV-Campus technical/formatting requirements.
  4. Publish on JV-Campus
    • CDex will handle submission, translation notes (if any), and technical uploading on your behalf.
  5. Your Course Goes Global!
    • Once published, your course will be available to international learners through JV-Campus.
