SYNOPSIS
Assessment stage forms one of the most essential requirements of OBE. In meeting the requirements of the regulatory bodies, such as the Engineering Accreditation Council of the Board of Engineers or the Malaysian Quality Assurance of MOHE, there is a need to connect the teaching and learning approaches to assessment practices. This is to ensure attainment of the desired programme learning outcomes or in certain adverse situations, the corrective or improvement measures to be taken.

This workshop enlightens the participants on the importance of the various assessment types and tools that can be employed, both at the course and programme levels. Developing the key performance criteria and descriptors is also emphasised and guided. Some best practices are also highlighted.
